Sheona has an intrinsic passion for education and regularly delivers workshops, sectionals and individual lessons both in the UK and Internationally.

She held the position of Tenor Horn tutor at the University of Salford for sixteen years and until recently at the Royal Northern College of Music, Manchester.  She has also been Tenor Horn tutor at Liverpool and York St. Johns University.  Sheona has been invited as a guest tutor delivering masterclasses at numerous institutions around the globe including James Madison University (USA), the Queensland Conservatorium (Australia) and the Manger Folkehogskule (Norway).


​Now she takes great pride in her teaching role at Bolton School Girls’ Division where she engages in the teaching of classroom music from Primary School through to A Level.
